28 C.F.R. § 42.732 — Prohibition against intimidation.

§ 42.732 Prohibition against intimidation. A recipient may not intimidate or retaliate against any person who attempts to assert a right secured by the Act and this suppart or who cooperates in any mediation, investigation, hearing, or other aspect of the Department's compliance procedure.
