28 C.F.R. § 42.520 — Discrimination prohibited.
§ 42.520 Discrimination prohibited. Recipients shall insure that no qualified handicapped person is denied the benefits of, excluded from participation in, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance because the recipient's facilities are inaccessible to or unusable by handicapped persons.
