28 C.F.R. § 42.501 — Purpose.
§ 42.501 Purpose. The purpose of this subpart is to implement section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of handicap in any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
