28 C.F.R. § 4.16 — Rejection of application.

§ 4.16 Rejection of application. No application for a Certificate of Exemption shall be accepted from any person whose application for a Certificate of Exemption has been withdrawn, deemed withdrawn due to failure to remedy deficiencies in a timely manner, or denied by the Commission within the preceding 12 months.
