28 C.F.R. § 17.43 — Reinvestigation requirements.

§ 17.43 Reinvestigation requirements. Employees who are eligible for access to classified information shall be subject to periodic reinvestigations and may also be reinvestigated if, at any time, there is reason to believe that they may no longer meet the standards for access.
