14 C.F.R. § 1203.600 — Policy.
§ 1203.600 Policy. Information shall be declassified or downgraded as soon as national security considerations permit. NASA reviews of classified information shall be coordinated with other agencies that have a direct interest in the subject matter. Information that continues to meet the classification requirements prescribed by § 1203.400 despite the passage of time will continue to be protected in accordance with “the Order.” [48 FR 5891, Feb. 9, 1983]
