§ 1203.601 Responsibilities. Authorized officials with Declassification Authority (DCA) may declassify or downgrade information that is subject to the final classification jurisdiction of NASA and shall take such action in accordance with the provisions of this subpart F. [44 FR 34913, June 18, 1979, as amended at 78 FR 5120, Jan. 24, 2013]
