AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ARTICLE 02 OF CHAPTER 11 CANYON COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR:

Section 1: Amending Section 11 Article 02, Chapter 11 Canyon County Code of Ordinances to read as follows:

11-02-11: KUNA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE:

The impact fee schedule costs per service unit for the Kuna Rural Fire District is as follows:

             Residential (per dwelling unit)         $825.00

             Non-residential (per square foot)         $0.41

Residential (per dwelling)    $1,792

Industrial (per 1,000 sf)    $ 531

Retail (per 1000 sf)   $ 788

Office (per 1,000 sf)    $ 753

Section 2: Date of Effect and Publication

3.1   This Ordinance, shall be in full force and effect on its passage, approval and publication within the 30 th day following its passage and approval; and shall be published in full or by summary as provided in Idaho Code Section 31-715A within one month of its passage and approval all according to law.

   ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 29 th day of April, 2026.
