AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17 OF ARTICLE 02 OF CHAPTER 11 CANYON COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR:

Section 1: Amending Section 17 Article 02, Chapter 11 Canyon County Code of Ordinances to read as follows:

11-02-17: NAMPA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE:

The impact fee schedule costs per service unit for the Nampa Fire Protection District is as follows:

             Residential (per dwelling unit)         $560.00

             Non-residential (per square foot)        $0.28

Residential (per Single Family per Housing Unit)      $1,267.00

Residential (per Multi-Family per Housing Unit)       $ 886.00

Non-Residential (per 1000 retail square feet)         $2,311.00

Non-Residential (per 1000 office square feet)      $ 891.00

Non-Residential (per 1000 industrial square feet)       $ 400.00

Non-Residential (per 1000 Manufacturing square feet)    $391.00

Non-Residential (per 1000 Warehouse/Distribution square feet) $141.00

Non-Residential (per 1000 Self Storage square feet)       $120.00

Section 2: Date of Effect and Publication

3.1   This Ordinance, shall be in full force and effect on its passage, approval and publication within the 30 th day following its passage and approval; and shall be published in full or by summary as provided in Idaho Code Section 31-715A within one month of its passage and approval all according to law.

   ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 15 th day of April 2026.
