49 C.F.R. § 8.21 — Burden of proof.
§ 8.21 Burden of proof. For the purpose of determinations to be made under §§ 8.15 and 8.17, the burden of proof is on the originating Departmental component to show that continued classification is warranted. [62 FR 23661, May 1, 1997, as amended at 81 FR 45981, July 15, 2016]
