§ 1.27a Delegations to the Career Deputy General Counsel. The career Deputy General Counsel is delegated authority to: (a) Serve as the Department's Designated Agency Ethics Official in accordance with 5 CFR 2638.202; (b) Serve as the Department's Dispute Resolution Specialist pursuant to section 3(b) of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 1996, Pub. L. 104-320, 5 U.S.C. App.; and (c) Serve as the Department's Chief FOIA Officer under 5 U.S.C. 552(j).
