49 C.F.R. § 39.47 — May PVOs require passengers with a disability to sign waivers or releases?

§ 39.47 May PVOs require passengers with a disability to sign waivers or releases? (a) As a PVO, you must not require passengers with a disability to sign any release or waiver of liability not required of all passengers in order to receive transportation or use of a vessel or to receive services relating to a disability. (b) You must not require passengers with a disability to sign waivers of liability for damage to or loss of wheelchairs or other mobility or assistive devices.
