§ 29.6 Must the Department consult with Tribes regarding matters that affect the Program? The Department must consult with Tribes on matters relating to the Program. The Department will carry out consultations in accordance with Executive Order 13175 and applicable Department policies, including the Department's Tribal Consultation Plan.
