§ 29.407 Does the award of funds for discretionary or competitive grants entitle the Tribe to receive contract support costs? Receipt of discretionary or competitive grant awards does not entitle the Tribe to receive contract support costs or any other amounts identified in 25 U.S.C. 5325. However, a Tribe may use grant awards to cover overhead and administrative expenses associated with operation of the grant, as provided in the grant award.
