§ 25.605 Enforcement procedures. The investigative, compliance, and enforcement procedural provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d) (“Title VI”) are hereby adopted and applied to these Title IX regulations. These procedures may be found at 49 CFR part 21. [65 FR 52895, Aug. 30, 2000]
