49 C.F.R. § 214.303 — Railroad on-track safety programs, generally.

§ 214.303 Railroad on-track safety programs, generally. (a) Each railroad to which this part applies shall adopt and implement a program that will afford on-track safety to all roadway workers whose duties are performed on that railroad. Each such program shall provide for the levels of protection specified in this subpart. (b) Each on-track safety program adopted to comply with this part shall include procedures to be used by each railroad for monitoring effectiveness of and compliance with the program.
