§ 1.43 Delegations to the Director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization. The Director of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization is delegated authority to: (a) Exercise departmental responsibility for the implementation and execution of functions and duties under sections 2[8] and 2[15] of the Small Business Act (Pub. L. 85-836) [15 U.S.C. 637 and 644]. (b) Carry out the functions vested in the Secretary by 49 U.S.C. 332 (Minority Resource Center).
