46 C.F.R. § 97.01.1 — General; preemptive effect.
§ 97.01–1 General; preemptive effect. (a) The provisions of this part shall apply to all vessels except as specifically noted in this part. (b) The regulations in this part have preemptive effect over State or local regulations in the same field.
