§ 2.01–20 Suspension or revocation of certificates of inspection. Under the authority if 46 U.S.C. 3313 and 46 U.S.C. 3710, a certificate of inspection issued to a vessel may be suspended or revoked if a vessel is found not to comply with the terms of its certificate or fails to meet a standard required by this chapter.
