46 C.F.R. § 95.01.1 — General.
§ 95.01–1 General. (a) The provisions of this part apply to all vessels except as specifically noted in this part. (b) Equipment installed prior to August 22, 2016 as required by this paragraph (b) may remain in service so long as it is maintained in good condition to the satisfaction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection.
