46 C.F.R. § 92.20.1 — Application.
§ 92.20–1 Application. (a) The provisions of this subpart apply to all vessels of 100 gross tons and over contracted for on or after November 19, 1952. Vessels of 100 gross tons and over contracted for prior to November 19, 1952 must meet the requirements of § 92.20–90. (b) Vessels of less than 100 gross tons must meet the applicable requirements of this subpart insofar as is reasonable and practicable.
