46 C.F.R. § 91.25.38 — Pollution prevention.
§ 91.25–38 Pollution prevention. At each inspection for certification and periodic inspection, the inspector shall examine the vessel to determine that it meets the vessel design and equipment requirements for pollution prevention in 33 CFR part 155, subpart B. [CGD 71–161R, 37 FR 28262, Dec. 21, 1972, as amended by USCG–1999–4976, 65 FR 6501, Feb. 9, 2000]
