46 C.F.R. § 8.310 — Applicability.
§ 8.310 Applicability. This subpart applies to: (a) Recognized classification societies; and (b) All U.S. flag vessels that are certificated for international voyages and are classed by a recognized classification society that is authorized by the Coast Guard to issue the applicable international certificate as specified in this subpart.
