46 C.F.R. § 502.4 — Authentication of rules or orders of Commission.
§ 502.4 Authentication of rules or orders of Commission. All rules or orders issued by the Commission in any proceeding covered by this part shall, unless otherwise specifically provided, be signed by the Secretary of the Commission in the name of the Commission.
