§ 42.05-25 Coast Guard District Commander or District Commander. These terms mean an officer of the Coast Guard designated as such by the Commandant to command all Coast Guard activities within his district. This includes enforcement of load line requirements as described in this subchapter. [CGFR 68-60, 33 FR 10051, July 12, 1968]
