§ 34.60–5 Number required—T/ALL. (a) All tankships shall carry at least the minimum number of fire axes as set forth in table 34.60–5(a). Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed as limiting the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, from requiring such additional fire axes as he deems necessary for the proper protection of the tankship.
