46 C.F.R. § 25.25.1 — Application.
§ 25.25–1 Application. This subpart applies to each vessel to which this part applies, except: (a) Vessels used for noncommercial use; and (b) Vessels leased, rented, or chartered to another for the latter's noncommercial use.
