§ 201.20 Attorneys at law. Attorneys at law who are admitted to practice before the Federal courts or before the courts of any State or territory of the United States may practice before the Administration. An attorney's own representation that he is such in good standing before any of the courts herein referred to will be sufficient proof thereof.
