§ 2.20–50 Repairs or alterations in lifesaving or fire prevention equipment. No repairs or alterations shall be made to any lifesaving or fire-detecting or fire-extinguishing equipment, except in an emergency, without advance notice to the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection.
