§ 159.003–5 Approval by the Coast Guard under a Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA). (a) Manufacturers must specify in writing that foreign approval under an MRA is requested. (b) The Coast Guard Certificate of Approval will clearly identify as specified in the MRA that the product is approved to the foreign requirements under the MRA.
