46 C.F.R. § 159.001.2 — Right of appeal.
§ 159.001–2 Right of appeal. Any person directly affected by a decision or action taken under this subchapter, by or on behalf of the Coast Guard, may appeal to the Deputy for Operations Policy and Capabilities (CG-DCO-D) as provided in § 1.03–15 of this chapter.
