46 C.F.R. § 14.401 — General.
§ 14.401 General. Unless otherwise provided by Title 46 United States Code, by any act amending or supplementing that title, or by this subpart, that title as far as it governs the employment of merchant mariners remains, and any act amending or supplementing that title becomes, applicable to oceanographic research vessels.
