46 C.F.R. § 13.115 — Chemical testing requirements.
§ 13.115 Chemical testing requirements. Each applicant for an original tankerman endorsement must provide evidence of having passed a chemical test for dangerous drugs or of qualifying for an exemption from testing in § 16.220 of this chapter as specified in § 10.225(b)(5) of this subchapter.
