46 C.F.R. § 105.11 — Prohibitions.
§ 105.11 Prohibitions. Each vessel to which this part applies is prohibited from transporting Grade A flammable liquids in bulk, or carrying bulk flammable or combustible liquids in portable or temporarily installed dispensing tanks or containers that are either below deck or in closed compartments on or above deck.
