46 C.F.R. § 10.401 — Applicability.
§ 10.401 Applicability. This subpart prescribes the general requirements applicable to offerors of all approved courses and training programs which may be accepted instead of sea service, examination required by the Coast Guard, or STCW assessments, or which satisfy course completion requirements.
