45 C.F.R. § 98.12 — Coordination and consultation.
§ 98.12 Coordination and consultation. The Lead Agency shall: (a) Coordinate the provision of services for which assistance is provided under this part with the agencies listed in § 98.14(a). (b) Consult, in accordance with § 98.14(b), with representatives of general purpose local government during the development of the Plan; and (c) Coordinate, to the maximum extent feasible, per § 98.10(f) with any Indian Tribes in the State receiving CCDF funds in accordance with subpart I of this part.
