45 C.F.R. § 75.208 — Certifications and representations.
§ 75.208 Certifications and representations. Unless prohibited by Federal statutes or regulations, each HHS awarding agency or pass-through entity is authorized to require the non-Federal entity to submit certifications and representations required by Federal statutes, or regulations on an annual basis. Submission may be required more frequently if the non-Federal entity fails to meet a requirement of a Federal award. (a) The funds governed under this part shall be administered in compliance with the standards set forth in 45 CFR part 87. (b) For assurances under State plans, see § 75.206(d)(2).
