45 C.F.R. § 63.39 — Religious worship or instruction.
§ 63.39 Religious worship or instruction. Federal funds shall not be used for the making of any payment for religious worship or instruction, or for the construction, operation, or maintenance of so much of any facility as is used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place for religious instruction.
