45 C.F.R. § 63.37 — Leasing facilities.
§ 63.37 Leasing facilities. In the case of a project involving the leasing of a facility, the grantee shall demonstrate that it will have the right to occupy, to operate, and, if necessary, to maintain and improve the leased facility during the proposed period of the project.
