45 C.F.R. § 63.35 — Dual compensation.
§ 63.35 Dual compensation. If a project staff member or consultant of one grantee is involved simultaneously in two or more projects supported by any funds either under this part or otherwise, he/she may not be compensated for more than 100 percent of his/her time from any funds during any part of the period of dual involvement.
