§ 510.3 Applicability of administrative provisions concerning claims under the International Claims Settlement Act of 1949. To the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, the following provisions of subchapter C of this chapter shall be applicable to claims under this subchapter: §§ 509.2, 509.3, 509.4, 509.5, and 509.6.
