§ 146.119 HMO affiliation period as an alternative to a preexisting condition exclusion. The rules for HMO affiliation periods have been superseded by the prohibition on preexisting condition exclusions. See § 147.108 of this subchapter for rules prohibiting the imposition of a preexisting condition exclusion. [79 FR 10314, Feb. 24, 2014]
