45 C.F.R. § 1355.50 — Purpose.
§ 1355.50 Purpose. Sections 1355.50 through 1355.59 contain the requirements a title IV–E agency must meet to receive Federal financial participation authorized under sections 474(a)(3)(C) and (D), and 474(c) of the Act for the planning, design, development, installation, operation, and maintenance of a comprehensive child welfare information system.
