§ 1355.41 Scope of the Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System. (a) This section applies to state and tribal title IV–E agencies unless indicated for state title IV–E agencies only. (b) An agency described in paragraph (a) of this section must report information on the characteristics and experiences of a child in the reporting populations described in § 1355.42. The title IV–E agency must submit the information collected to ACF on a semi-annual basis in an out-of-home care data file and adoption assistance data file as required in § 1355.43, pertaining to information described in §§ 1355.44 and 1355.45 and in a format according to ACF's specifications.
