45 C.F.R. § 1336.71 — Administrative costs.
§ 1336.71 Administrative costs. Reasonable administrative costs of the RLF may be paid out of the loan fund. The grant award agreement between the Loan Administrator and ANA will set forth the allowable administrative costs of the loan fund during the five-year demonstration period. (sections 803A(a)(2) and 803A(d)(1)(A))
