45 C.F.R. § 1303.54 — Record retention.
§ 1303.54 Record retention. A grantee must retain records pertinent to the lease, purchase, construction or renovation of a facility funded in whole or in part with Head Start funds, for as long as the grantee owns or occupies the facility, plus three years.
