45 C.F.R. § 13.30 — Designation of adjudicative officer.
§ 13.30 Designation of adjudicative officer. Upon the filing of an application pursuant to § 13.11(a), the officer who presided over the taking of evidence in the proceeding which gave rise to the application will, if available, be automatically designated as the adjudicative officer for the handling of the application.
