45 C.F.R. § 102.2 — Applicability date.
§ 102.2 Applicability date. The increased penalty amounts set forth in the right-most column of the table in Section 102.3, “Maximum Adjusted Penalty ($)”, apply to all civil monetary penalties which are assessed after August 1, 2016, including those penalties whose associated violations occurred after November 2, 2015.
