43 C.F.R. § 2654.0.5 — Definitions.
§ 2654.0–5 Definitions. Reserve lands means any lands reserved prior to the date of enactment of the act which are subject to being taken in lieu of other benefits under the act pursuant to section 19(b) of the Act.
