43 C.F.R. § 2654.0.3 — Authority.
§ 2654.0–3 Authority. Section 19(b) of the Act authorizes any village corporation(s) located within a reserve defined in the act to acquire title to the surface and subsurface estates in any reserve set aside for the use and benefit of its stockholders or members prior to December 18, 1971. Such acquisition precludes any other benefits under the Act.
